Return Policy for Online Orders

D73 Leather Company Web will happily accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original vendor tags must be attached to the garment(s).
  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a sale price is a final purchase and cannot be redeemed for a refund, store credit or exchange. Coupon codes are excluded.
  • Damaged items must be reported to our website Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: D73 Leather Co. is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, smoke or heavy body odor. All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your refund if the return does not meet these requirements. Please note: If you wish to return an item that does not meet these requirements, you may be subject to a cleaning fee of $30.
  • Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued in the form of online store credit.

 

If your return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the $9.99 return fee and the new shipping costs for domestic orders. At this time, exchanges are only available for customers within the US. 

How should I send my return back?

To initiate the return process, please send us an email orders@daytona73.com to request a Return Label and Return Authorization Slip.

Please note, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may email us at orders@daytona73.com and we can email you a Return Label and Return Authorization Slip. If you choose to use our return label, a $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by D73 Leather Co and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

  1. Securely repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in or send back with your own packaging of choice.
  2. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed Return Authorization Slip.
  3. Affix your prepaid Return Label to the front of the package. 
  4. Drop your package off at a UPS office OR visit www.UPS.com to arrange for a free pickup.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at D73 Leather Co Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from D73 Leather Co..
