WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

D73 USA product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange between an other size and color or a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of D73 USA.

This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to return a D73 USA product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN

For make a return, please contact our support team at contact@daytona73.com or use the form further down the page and specify the following elements :

- First name and last name

- Order number

- The reason for return

- If it is an exchange, please specify the new size or color.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. 

While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.

> EXCHANGE

We want you to love your D73USA experience, so we offer free returns on orders sent to U.S. addresses. Then our support team will send you a pre-filled return voucher by email.

Upon receiving your returned D73 USA merchandise at our warehouse, we will send your package within 4 – 7 business days. The number tracking will be send by email or phone thanks to delivery service selected.

Customs duties are payable by the customer in the case of an exchange.

 

> REFUNDS

For a refund, the Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Our support team will send you our return address. You are free to choice the delivery service.

The $50 shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product is defective.

Upon receiving your returned D73 USA merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase (not including the shipping cost of return) will be issued to you for the D73 USA product within 10 - 20 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase or on your Paypal account. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ?

For orders delivered to US addresses, you can make an exchange for a new size or color, depending on the availability of your desired item. For an exchange, please read “How can I make a return” section.

We recommend returning your original item as soon as possible for the best chance to get your desired size/color.

If your item is not available for exchange, you can return your item for a refund at the same link above and sign up for a restock notification on the product page at d73usa.com

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO ?

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at contact@daytona73.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
